I began caring for many family members as a young child, learning simply by being present. I quickly found that care and nurturing were the most important elements in the healing process, and helped invaluably in the transition from this life to the next. Being a natural caregiver on so many levels, I always knew I could make this gift one which could live on through me. Now, I am caring for my mother, the person of whom was my teacher. I have expanded on these caregiving qualities, and I intend to share many of my ideas, and knowledge in this reference guide.
