I will start by saying we live in a spirit world or a world that is full of spirits my first encounter with a spirit was when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I used to sleep in a room with a small table by the front door. Every night I would see something under that table that had a dark background and the front of it had two big shiny class like eyes. There was not anything under that table that would cause anything to make it appear to look like that. One night it disappear right in front of me. My second encounter was when I was about 14 or 15 years old.
My brother was a casualty in the Korea war. We used to sleep in the same room. One night I came home and went strait to my bed room. When I open the door, I saw this shadow like appearance on the wall. It started to take the form of a man. Only the upper part of the spirit – that is – the torso. I just shut the door and went downstairs, and slept in a large chair. The next night I took my dog to the room for company and I guess for protection. Well that dog looked at that wall and start to barking at it. For some reason beyond my understanding I decided to put the dog out. I then just got in my bed and went to sleep. So now you are thinking what does have to do with Jesus. I am glad you asked, because that means that sometimes you believe in spirits and some times you kind of doubt it. When you find yourself believing in spirits you find yourself believing in the reality of Jesus more.
What I am about to say now I was going to save for when I had got farther on in the book. But I think it would be a good idea to boost up your believe in the reality of Jesus and Jesus being a spirit. So now I will take you on a journey back to the Resurrection of Jesus. What follow is from the writing of Henry M. Morris, PH.D. called impact of the empty tomb. He (Jesus) was crucify and put in the tomb of Joseph of a Jewish town.
Joseph had the help of a member of the Jewish council named Nicodemus. Joseph also was a member of the council. the Jewish high council, They laid the body in the tomb wrapped in linen with spices in accordance with the Jewish burial customs.) Now here is where we get’s into the Ghostly part. The way I sees it.
You know it is said truth is more unbeliever than fiction. Well, here is an example or sample or call it what you want.

This is a book I hope will take away your fears about death. There is an afterlife. This book will take you there if you let it. Your life is in your hands, but you have to be led. Read and find out how.
Look and listen and observe. Look at your reason for what you do and the outcome. Listen to your inner thoughts, your subconscious. Observe your surroundings for any pitfalls. You must believe and know there are spirits at work in your life, good and bad.
It may sound crazy, but there are wicked spirits that have a wicked sense of humor. For instance, if you have a dog or dogs, you might go to the pet store and buy them clothes. Animals were not created to wear clothes. The people who sell these clothes are being used without knowing it by these evil spirits, to harm these animals, which are part of God creation. The harm is, putting clothes on dogs takes away their natural means of protection from the weather. These spirits get a kick out of watching us do stupid things. The purpose of this book is to show you how to get the good spirits to protect you from the bad ones. First you have to admit they are real and learn how to do what it takes to get the good spirits to help you.
About the Author
Joseph Ellis was brought up in the church. He has been in fellowship with the Methodist Church, the Church of God in Christ, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and the Catholic Church. He also worked for the Unitarian Universalist Church. Joseph has always looked at the way they acted and taught at each denomination, including the Baptists.
