About the Author
For the past thirty plus years, Jeff Hauswirth has been involved with fitness in some form or fashion, whether as an athlete, a coach, a teacher or a trainer. During his years in the military, while serving in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, and Combat Medic, Jeff created many exercise programs for his fellow shipmates. Currently, Jeff teaches Physical Education and Health at the same school that he graduated from. Jeff helps get younger kids on the path to health and fitness by running the school weight room and cardio area. Jeff is also a certified American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) Health Coach, and has worked with many people of all ages in not only fitness program development, but dietary education as well as behavioral changes. Jeff has coached football, hockey, and track. He currently lives in Michigan with his wife and three children.
