About the Book
When the pesky bees prevent Heidi from smelling her lovely daisies, she buys a spray to keep the bees away. Not only do the bees stop coming, but the daisies stop growing. Heidi learns an important lesson about the essential role bees play in the lives of plants, humans, and all living beings. Heidi’s Daisies, a picture book for children, includes fun facts about bees and honey as well as definitions. Through a fun poem, kids learn about the environment and why it's important to take care of bees and make sure the bees can thrive.

Heidi Rose is a Social Worker. She is passionate about many things including Environmental Justice, Education and Healthy Living. This is her first Children's Book.
