Carlos goes under on the streets of Los Angeles as a cartel member with access to the best illegal fashion. He’s introduced to three Los Angeles gang shot callers. To build up his street reputation. Before he goes under in the Los Angeles Men Central Jail to gather evidence against the 3000 boys. The corruption and favoritism was deeper than just the 3000 boys. The infection of corruption went all the way to the top. The Los Angeles County Chief Sheriff and under Sheriff were already under investigation for the same charges.
About the Author
A grew up in the Jordan down in Housing projects till I was ten years old. Me, my little brother, mother and father. Moved throughout West Los Angeles, Hollywood and West Covina. I live on different frontlines of the 1980’s and 1990’s crack cocaine epidemic. I went to LeConte Junior High in Hollywood California. I went to school with fully active gang bangers, young drug dealers, gamblers, and individuals that played sports and the school yard was a fashion show of slaw son and midtown swamp meet, T-shirts and khakis, to real Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and custom made leather and suede Fila sweat suits. This was my introduction to corruption, favoritism and racism.
