"Mrs. "Z" and Me" is based on a true story and the heart-warming relationship between a caregiver and her elderly employer for 3 years. This was a test of patience on the caregiver's part and the understanding that grew into a wonderful friendship over time. The similarities of their families were very interesting and portrayed in the last chapter of the book.
About the Author
D. L. McKay has cared for many elderly clients in her past and formed strong bonds with these individuals over time. She has a writing background and had several stories published on a global webpage in 2015 along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. The majority of her writing consists of the true accounts of things that happened in her past that engage the readers with a combination of humor and events that seem out of the ordinary.
