This book is about, amongst other things, the simple and yet true history of this world and the people whom live in it. It is not likely comparable with any other history text, in that it attempts to relate the history of this world according to world religion, migration and other topics of history with the Biblical accounts of the same times. It attempts to point out the relationship between secular history and the reality of the world we live in today, with the truth of what the Bible says about the same topics. Comparing the “world’s” view of history with the Biblical accounts may very likely open the reader’s eyes to how this world came into being. It may seem at times that the text is going off topic or goes too far down a certain historical path, but this is the reality of trying to touch on all of world history in such a “short work” (Rom. 9:28). The other reason for these “tangents” are to tackle some of the possible “myths” and scientific findings, which exist in this world that may not necessarily be the reality of how this world came to be, according to the Bible. No matter, with each chapter there is an introduction and a conclusion, and final conclusions in the seventh chapter and an afterward to sum up the book. Also, there is a reader’s guide with discussion questions to further help the reader meditate on what you have read and possibly open up your mind to areas of study that may be of more interest you, where you will have the opportunity to learn and research more at your own leisure. As well as appendices to further discussions on certain topics mentioned in the chapters, and a reference appendix.
As with any of my writing, I have suggested that I do not have all of the answers. And with this book like my others, there are many other authors whom have written about the subjects, albeit from their own perspective and when required their “interpretations”. So, if the reader is indeed interested in the subject of the history of this world, and God’s relationship with the nations, religions and cultures of it throughout human history. Then take your time and find what information may expand your understanding and may better put the truth of history into better perspective for you and how you relate to the world around you. As Jesus Himself summed up in His ministry and has been spoken of in some of my other writing, that “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” (Matt. 7:12, Luke 6:31). This simple yet all-encompassing command has been said by some to be considered the “Golden Rule”. Of course, if Jesus said all the law and the prophets can be summed up in that one command, it certainly is of value, there is no doubt about that. So with that being said, read on to learn more about the possible realities of where the inhabitants of this current world have actually all originated from, how we came to be where we are today and where we might be headed in the “future” according to the Biblical and secular history books and the prophetic writings of the Bible in general yet to be fulfilled.
I should also say that when writing this book I had spent some time researching different websites and writings regarding these subjects. One person’s work, Mr. Ron Wyatt, was discovered early on if not before conceiving the idea for this book, but was placed aside until about two thirds of the book was finished. It was at this time that interest came back into mind of his discoveries. So with that being said, his findings are used throughout the book to collaborate with what the Bible and other historical texts say about the Biblical accounts of history, namely, Noah’s Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah, Israel in Egypt, the Red Sea crossing, Mount Sinai, the ark of the covenant of the Lord and Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection sites. All of these topics can be found on his website, www.ronwyatt.com. I am in no way affiliated with his works other than that I like any seeker of the truth, learned and believed what I had seen. That being said let the true God and Jesus Christ of Nazareth lead you in your journey here on earth for the truth, and salvation in Him. Read on to learn more…
