An HVAC Story

This story details the history of four generations of the Petersen family who have prospered and worked within the HVAC industry since the 1920s. We speak the language and have served in all facets of Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) within the construction & facility management industries. Our new venture, led by 4th generation Clay Petersen, takes our 83 years of current, combined experience, knowledge, and many years of wisdom in HVAC and has coupled it with Leslie Hackett of Express Pros™ to form HVAC _Agents.com™, a recruiting and placement company that exclusively serves the engineers, CAD Techs, Contractors, Sales Reps and Manufacturers that thrive within it. We intend to raise the level of industry competence by placing good engineers, etc. in positions that we also understand. There are many levels of expertise in the field, and we use our own rating system to place the right person into the right opportunity, which also adds the possibilities of engineers switching disciplines, or cities, i.e., a design project engineer may want to change from a consulting engineering firm to a design-build contracting company, or a Midwest recent grad might want to move to colorful Colorado, … HVAC is everywhere. Our industry has too many people who fall into it. Most colleges don't teach it, and it's a shame … because HVAC systems consume 65% of the power used by all the buildings in the country !!! … HVAC companies deserve better … and this is our HVAC story.
