About the Book
We all experience crap in life. The key to our success is changing the way that we view and talk about the crap that comes our way. Sometimes the hardest life lessons to apply can be the simplest life lessons to learn. Through the eyes of a nonbinary character, O, Kellie shares seven stories based on her own lived experiences. Simple lessons follow each story to provide quick takeaways, guide self-reflection and provoke introspective thinking. Through humor and the wisdom inherited by her mother and grandmother as well as her own life experiences, Kellie strives to help others identify and change the areas of waste that impact how they see themselves, the world around them and much more. Diapers to Depends is a quick and creative guide that offers simple strategies to successfully manage and change the everyday crap of complaining and comparison that shows up for all of us.
