About the Book
The book follows a young US Air Force enlisted Airman from 1965 to 1969 through basic training, technical school and to his assignments supplying electricity to remote radar and communications bases in SE Asia The Philippines, Viet Nam, Oregon and North Dakota with mobile and stationary electrical generators. In addition, personal stories including places visited, people met, and relationships developed are described; some humorous, some sad, some loving and some dangerous.
